Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of the endpointr service, operated by SitePoint Systems ApS ("we", "us"). By creating an account or sending traffic to the gateway you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

endpointr is a multi-tenant API gateway that routes your requests to upstream AI, payment, accounting, and integration providers. We do not provide the upstream services themselves — we sit in front of them. Your use of an upstream provider remains subject to that provider's own terms.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must be authorised to use any upstream API keys you provision through endpointr.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use endpointr to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or violate the terms of an upstream provider.
• Generate or distribute content depicting child sexual abuse material, or to harass, defame, or threaten individuals.
• Send malware, spam, denial-of-service traffic, or attempts to exploit the platform.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice if continued use poses risk to other customers or to us.

5. Billing

• Fees are charged in advance or based on metered usage, as stated on your invoice.
• Upstream provider costs (e.g. OpenAI tokens, Stripe fees) are billed by those providers directly, or passed through depending on your plan.
• All amounts are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.
• Late payment may result in service suspension after written notice.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows are announced where practical. Upstream outages are outside our control.

7. Your data, your IP

You retain ownership of all data and content you send through endpointr. You grant us a limited licence to process it as needed to deliver the service. We do not train models on your data, do not sell your data, and do not use it for any purpose beyond running the gateway and meeting our legal obligations. See the privacy policy for details.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs from upstream AI providers may be inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying them before relying on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination we will disable access and delete your stored credentials within 30 days. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing, IP, liability) will survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
